Change of plans?
If you cancel your booking with 48 hours notice, you will get a full refund. If it’s less than 48 hours until your booking, we will offer you a change of date instead.

How do I redeem a gift card?
A gift card can be exchanged for a session of equal value, or part of a more expensive session at the Rage Rooms. It is not exchangeable for cash or other items. No change will be given.
To redeem the voucher, click on the link in your email, scroll down the page and book a slot at a suitable time. The voucher should apply automatically. If it doesn't, copy the Gift Card Number from your email and paste it in the Gift Card box on the checkout page.

Who can use the Kids Smash package?
Kids Smash is for 1 to 3 children between 6 and 13 years old. They will need one supervising adult over 18 to be present for the whole time of the booking.
Does the Rage Room have parking?
Yes. There is parking outside our new building on Roundtree Way, Norwich NR7 8SH.
Can we go in together?
No, only one person will be smashing at a time. Others can watch on the live feed in the seating area.
What should we wear?
All safety clothing is provided. Wear something comfortable that the overalls will fit on top of.
Can we bring our own smashables?
Yes, you are welcome to bring stuff to smash, with the exception of a few items, call us to check on 01603 626873.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Yes, just book multiple consecutive slots, and turn up all together!
Where do you get your stuff from?
We source our smashables from a wide variety of places, like charity shops, house clearances etc. Most of it is already destined to go in the bin, we re-purpose it and recycle what we can.
