The original smashing experience!

Rage Rooms a unique smashing experience ideal for dates, family bonding time, birthday parties, stag dos, hen nights and more. We provide everything you need including Protective overalls, gloves, helmets and steel toe capped boots from size 2 to 12, and of course all the smashables you could dream of.
 
Every single session will receive a full basket of crockery and an impressive middle display tower consisting of many different items that could include TV’s, Printers, Stereos, Speakers, Computer towers, Keyboards and more! We can also supply additional extras like washing machines, tumble dryers and dishwashers ( stock dependant ).
 
For your safety only one person goes in at a time however with viewing windows for each room, don’t forget your phones to capture every unforgettable smash. Ages 6 and above.
 
Rage rooms has been highly beneficial for many that suffer with emotional mental health from autism to ADHD, if you are a career and have any special requests we are more than welcome to accommodate.

The Rage Rooms Venue opens based on bookings therefore our opening times may differ throughout the week. All bookings to be made online between 1-4 people.
 
Any bookings of 5 people or more drop us an email info@ragerooms-norwich.co.uk and we will create a custom booking for you. We always do our best to return missed calls however we advise to email for a guaranteed response due to our opening hours.
 
 
Please ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SESSION time.
 
If you are running late please call us before your session to inform us on your arrival time. If you are 10 MINUTES OR MORE LATE we will not be able to go ahead with your session and we will have to rearrange for another time.
 
If we receive no communication from the customer on the day of your session past the 10 minute threshold we will be unable to reschedule your appointment.

How it works

Your time slot will last 1 hour. This will include getting ready and a quick talk about safety. The 60 minute session will be divided between your party.

Put on safety gear in your size – we’ll give you headwear, clothing and footware. You’ll look smashing!

Choose a scaffolding pole. It will be your weapon and best friend while you’re here.

Your smashables – You’ll get a wide variety of smashables in a basket plus an artistic display tower in the middle containing appliances and larger breakables. If you have a lot of Rage you can purchase even more on the day 

ADD ON: Staff will intermittently control strobe lights throughout your turn. Strobe light waivers before the session must be signed and not advised for people with epilepsy. An additional £5 for strobe lights during a single persons Rage session. Only available at night currently ( 6pm onwards)

The child smash sessions include easier smashables that could include keyboards, nerf guns, vases, kids toys, remote control cars, action figures, dvds, dolls houses, plates, mugs, bowls and more
 
Adult smash packages include up to 60 smashable items and are more hard wearing that could include TV’s, computer towers, monitors, speakers, air fryers, slow cookers, laptops, microwaves and more. ALL ADULT SMASHES COME WITH A FREE DRINK.

Please Note –

The Rage Rooms is open to everyone over 6 years old, but  all groups need one adult (18+) present to sign waivers and to supervise.

Childs Smash session are approximately half the size of an adult session and consist of easier smashables, lighter bats and toys
